QX Wraps Up Phase 1 of the AI Mastery Pathway Program

To prepare our workforce for an AI-driven future, QX has launched a structured AI Mastery Pathway Program focused on hands-on learning and practical application. Phase 1 of the program recently concluded, empowering QXites with foundational skills in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, all geared toward real-world use and business impact.

Delivered through our internal QX Grow LMS, the program offered role-specific learning tracks across three core levels: QX AI Explorer, QX AI Professional, and QX AI Mastery, including variants tailored for Business Analysts, Programmers, and Gen AI developers.

Phase 1: 43 Software Professionals Complete Their AI Journey

Our pilot cohort included 42 professionals from the Software Department, who followed personalized, self-paced learning journeys, combining foundational theory with hands-on exercises. Their training covered everything from AI/ML basics and Python to LangChain, Azure OpenAI, MLOps, and Process Mining.

With this phase complete, all participants are now progressing to the QX AI Practitioner Certification, where they will apply their skills in a 4–8 hour real-world project aligned with their role.

From Learners to Contributors: Supporting QX AI Lab

These newly upskilled professionals will now support QX AI Lab, our in-house innovation hub that develops, tests, and deploys scalable AI solutions across the organization. Their contributions will help solve real-world business problems, accelerate automation, and prototype impactful AI use cases.

What’s Next? Scaling AI Learning Across QX

Following the success of this pilot, the AI Mastery Pathway Program will now be expanded to other departments including Operations, Finance, Employee Experience, Marketing, and more. Each function will receive tailored learning paths suited to their domain challenges and opportunities.
