As part of this commitment, we’re proud to announce the launch of the QX AI Mastery Pathway Program, a structured, multi-level training initiative designed to equip our people with critical skills in AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI.

What is the QX AI Mastery Pathway Program?

The QX AI Mastery Pathway Program is an internal learning and development initiative hosted on our QX Grow LMS platform. It is built to prepare QX professionals across departments and geographies to confidently leverage AI tools, frameworks, and thinking in their daily work.

The program follows a tiered structure to support learning at all levels:

  • QX AI Explorer – Introduces foundational concepts, including AI fundamentals, machine learning basics, Python for AI, and an overview of generative AI
  • QX AI Navigator – Focuses on intermediate knowledge such as using AI with Azure, understanding LangChain, and building generative AI applications
  • QX AI Mastery – Offers advanced topics including MLOps, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using Azure/OpenAI, Process Mining, and domain-specific implementations

Upon completing the initial level, learners move on to a QX AI Practitioner certification, which includes a 4–8 hour project assignment tailored to their job role—ensuring the learning delivers tangible impact.

Pilot Launch: Software Team Leads the Way

We have officially launched the program with our first cohort of 43 professionals from the Software team. This group will go through personalised AI learning paths aligned to their current roles, enabling them to explore new ways to automate, optimise, and innovate across our client delivery models.

The success of this initial cohort will set the foundation for a phased rollout across the organisation, with future cohorts coming from Operations, Employee Experience, Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.
