What does it take to be Gujarat’s Best Employer Brand in 2021?

We are excited to announce that CHRO Asia has just conferred QX with the Gujarat State Best Employer Brand Award for 2021.

The award recognises QX for its exceptional performance around talent development, employee empowerment and ensuring an inclusive work environment.

In 2004, we opened our first office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with the first five employees. Since then, we’ve grown to be the largest Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company in Gujarat with a workforce of over 2,000!

In the early days, Executive Chairman & Founder Chris Robinson recognised the value and potential of the Indian workforce and especially of those in Gujarat. Here’s what he had to say about receiving the award,

“When I had my vision of setting up a KPO in India, one of the first places I visited was Gujarat. Right away, I felt at home; being around such enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals confirmed my decision to establish QX in Ahmedabad. Since then, we’ve expanded to Baroda, Noida and Mumbai, but Gujarat still holds a special place for me.

I’m honoured that QX has been awarded the Best Employer Brand in Gujarat, it’s a testament to all the fantastic people who have been part of and continue to be part of the QX Journey.”

To be featured as Gujarat’s Best Employer Brand in 2021 is an incredible achievement. While the pandemic has separated us for over 18 months, we are collectively united by our core values of: Passion, Respect, Ethics & Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, Self-awareness, and Excellence; they guide everything we do as a company and as people.
