ISO27701 is a best practice structure for a privacy information management system that is aligned with the requirements of data protection regulations globally. It is an extension to ISO27001 & ISO 27002 standards and it frames the core requirements organisations need to consider when collecting, storing, processing, retaining, securing or disposing of personal records associated with individuals.
QX emphasises measuring process effectiveness and performance, following the globally accepted ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS). In addition to giving us access to industry best practices, adopting a BSI-accredited ISO framework helps us continually monitor and improve our procedures and processes.
