QX Appoints Rina Mancini

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rina Mancini as Managing Director of QX Franchise Limited, which is a subsidiary of QX Global Group and owns the Master Franchise rights for TaxAssist Accountants Canada.

Rina will take a leading role in accelerating QX’s inorganic growth strategies, which includes increasing our geographic reach and the extension of our accounting industry experience into new verticals.

Rina joins us with 25+ years of experience within the Financial Services, Franchising, and Information Solutions industries, and prior to her promotion served as the Commercial Director of TaxAssist Accountants’ start-up operations in Canada.

She has also held multiple leadership roles in various industries, including the creation of new Functional Units and Departments, Consumer Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Call Centre Management, and Customer Service.

A proud resident of Mississauga, Canada, Rina received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and earned her MBA from the University of Toronto.

“Rina joined us in December 2020 to spearhead our start-up operations at TaxAssist Accountants Canada. Her focus for the last 12 months has been on recruiting and onboarding new franchisees. She has also helped us set up QX Franchise Limited in accordance with Canadian laws and put the right levels of corporate governance in place. Now the set-up is complete, Rina is taking over the role of Managing Director, which is in line with our ambition to increase our geographic reach and extend our accounting industry experience into new verticals.  We are pleased to welcome Rina. Her background, experience and expertise will be invaluable as we drive forward with our expansion plans,” said Frank Robinson, Group CEO, QX Global Group.

“I’ve been involved with TaxAssist Accountants here in Canada for several years, and am thrilled and excited to be able to continue to launch this award-winning franchise brand into the Canadian market. Providing much-need tax, accounting and advisory services to the small business market, I believe TaxAssist Accountants will provide significant benefits and opportunities both to entrepreneurially-oriented individuals wanting to start their own businesses, as well as to the end clients they will ultimately serve,” says Rina.

Rina will be working closely with Niraj Mehta, SVP – Operations, Johnny Rogers, VP-Franchise Development; Frank Robinson, CEO of the QX Global Group, and the wider TaxAssist team within QX and the TaxAssist Accountants UK head office to drive demand generation for our TaxAssist Master Franchise business in Canada.
