HeadFirst Global Acquires Impellam Group

HeadFirst Global has recently acquired Impellam Group, solidifying their position as a global leader in Managed Services Providers (MSP) and mission-critical talent solutions. The strategic alliance, announced on December 13, 2023, aims to leverage the strengths of both entities, fostering a combined force with over €7 billion spent under management in 2022 and paving the way for accelerated growth in North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC.

Leadership Transition: HeadFirst envisions key executives from Impellam, including Julia Robertson (current CEO) and Tim Briant (current CFO), assuming pivotal roles on the board of directors as Group CEO and Group CFO, respectively.
