With more than 30 years of experience at the forefront of residential care, supported living, and senior living, Melville brings a perspective shaped by deep, long-term involvement in how businesses are funded, grown, operated, and sustained.

He founded and led a national care contractor and developer and now serves as a non-executive director and advisor to some of the UK’s most respected care and senior living organisations. Across these roles, his focus spans development, operations, long-term strategy, and governance.

Beyond boardrooms and projects, Melville has remained closely engaged in the wider conversation around the evolution and future of senior housing and care. He has chaired industry panels on funding and long-term investment and is widely respected for his balanced, practical understanding of the pressures facing the sector.

Having witnessed multiple cycles of change, Melville brings clarity on what genuinely works and where the sector continues to evolve.
