Who we are
QX Global Group is a global Business Process Management (BPM) company enabling business transformation in the areas of finance, accounting and recruitment operations. Combining our specialized skills and deep industry knowledge with technology and automation, we use a 3P approach of PEOPLE, PROCESS and PLATFORM to deliver innovative outsourcing solutions for clients across 15 industries.
We deliver an entire spectrum of BPM services leveraging offshore, onshore, and hybrid delivery models that are tailored to address the unique business challenges of each client to achieve their business transformation goals.

We are India’s first BSI-certified, GDPR compliant outsourcing provider and have appropriate safety controls to protect information and intellectual property. Our Indian subsidiaries across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad and Baroda, hold ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, ISO 27701 Privacy Information Management System, and ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.

In February 2022, QX acquired a majority stake in Austin, Texas-based Chazey Partners Inc., a management consulting and advisory firm specializing in business and digital transformation. By joining forces, we will augment our near-shoring and offshoring capabilities by opening new Centers of Excellence (COEs) in India and Latin America. Together, QX and Chazey Partners will work to deliver end-to-end solutions that cover transformative consulting, digital services, and business process outsourcing, customized to meet each client’s specific needs.
