The QX Story

QX Global Group was a pioneer in business process outsourcing for healthcare recruitment companies when we were founded in 2003 by Chris Robinson. Today, we work closely with clients to enable business transformation which benefits all C-suite stakeholders– enabling organizations to scale, save operating costs, optimize their operations, and build a competitive advantage.

2003

Registered in the UK by Chris Robinson, as a provider of recruitment & payroll services to a UK healthcare recruitment company.

2004

Hired the first five QXites and started delivering back office recruitment & payroll services from Ahmedabad centre & UK head office.

2005

Expanded payroll services to offer an array of accounting services for over 3000 contractor clients.

2006

Developed a division delivering accountancy services to accountants and scaled up operations in the UK.

2007

Continued expanding accounting and recruitment services and restructured part of the business.

2008

  • Expanded by offering bespoke software services to accounting clients.
  • Formed ICAEW-member subsidiary QX Accounting Services Ltd (QXAS).

2009

  • Recognised as ‘Rising Star’ in the Best KPO/BPO Centre category by GESIA.
  • Officially branded the division delivering finance and accounting services as QX Finance & Accounts.

2010

  • Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification from the BSI Group for demonstrating commitment to quality.
  • Won ‘Best KPO/BPO Centre’ in Gujarat by GESIA for the 2nd time.

2011

  • Awarded ‘Best KPO/BPO Centre’ in Gujarat by GESIA for the 3rd
  • Affiliated with NASSCOM – a premier organization setting the tone for Indian software industry.

2012

Opened a new office in Baroda, Gujarat, to cater to expanding client base.

2013

  • Achieved ISO 27001:2005 certification from the BSI Group for commitment to information security management processes and procedures.
  • Inaugurated a further 35,000+ square feet service facility in the Ahmedabad building.
  • Launched new QX branding.

2014

  • Established individual brands: Finance & Accounts Outsourcing, Recruitment Services, Software Services, and Corporate Advisors.
  • Launched QXAS Inc. in New Jersey, America and became an accredited ACCA member.
  • Made the 2014 IAOP Global Outsourcing 100® list in ‘Rising Star’ category plus ‘Best BPO/KPO Company’.

2015

  • Won the President’s Award for ‘Actively Encouraging “Make in India” services to Global Customers’.
  • Acquired new memberships, including Xero, APSCo, and UKIBC, and became an ACCA-approved employer.

2016

  • Reached the ‘500 QXites’ milestone.
  • Became a member of LCCI and an accredited member of GSA.
  • Made the IAOP Global Outsourcing 100® list for the 3rd time based on customer references.

2017

  • Included on the IAOP Global Outsourcing 100® list for the 4th time.
  • Launched Recruitment Services and Finance & Accounts Outsourcing in America.
  • Awarded SME Leaders Award, achieved UK Cyber Essentials Plus certification, and secured a place on UK Government’s Digital Marketplace.
  • Became a REC-approved supplier and expanded operations to Canada, Africa, Europe, and Australia.

2018

  • Reached the ‘1000 QXites’ milestone.
  • Became the first outsourcing company in India to become GDPR compliant via the BSI 10012:2017 framework.
  • Opened a second office in Ahmedabad and expanded to other Indian cities, including Mumbai & Noida.
  • QXAS US expanded its services to the West Coast and Canada.

2019

  • QXAS UK became Xero certified, with 100+ staff certified.
  • Established the QX Academy to train future professionals.
  • Expanded to the APAC region.
  • Made it to the Best of IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 list based on customer references.
  • Attained Cyber Essentials Plus Certification to reduce cybersecurity risk.

2020

  • Successfully adapted to ‘Work from Home’ as primary work mode during pandemic.
  • Rebranded as QX Global Group & introduced Business Transformation Services.
  • Became an ACCA Approved Employer.
  • Became a member of SIA (Staffing Industry Analysts).
  • Certified to Information Security Management System standards of ISO 27701.
  • Upgraded from BS10012 to ISO 27701 – Global Data Privacy Framework.
  • Featured on IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 list for 6th consecutive year.

  • Reached the ‘2000 QXites’ milestone.

  • Acquired Texas based, Chazey Partners, specializing in business & digital transformation.
  • Signed MoU under new IT/ITES Policy 2022-27 with Govt. of Gujarat aiming at generating 2000 jobs.
  • Earned ‘Sustained Excellence & All-Star’ distinction in 2022 IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 List.
  • Expanded Global Operations with an all-new near-shore Center of Excellence in Mexico.
