Recruitment Consultants (Healthcare)

We have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our every growing recruitment department at QX Global group.

Identifying and developing client & business relationships.
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
Manage the process through the interview to offer stage.
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client and assignment.
Managing portfolio of candidates.
Use various platforms to proactively headhunt candidates.
Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.

To be a successful recruitment consultant;

You will be confident in communicating with professional organisations over the phone, email and face to face.
You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
You will have 1+ year experience managing the recruitment process for Doctors & Nurses for locum & permanent roles for UK based Healthcare Staffing Agencies.
Document chasing frame work /Non frame work.
360* experience working for Nursing/Dr’s recruitment.
Experience of various Global job portals.
Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
Hard working and willing to learn.
