Recruitment Consultants (Healthcare)

We have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our every growing recruitment department at QX Global group.

Job role

  • Identifying and developing client & business relationships.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Manage the process through the interview to offer stage.
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client and assignment.
  • Managing portfolio of candidates.
  • Use various platforms to proactively headhunt candidates.
  • Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.

Required Skills & Experience

To be a successful recruitment consultant;

  • You will be confident in communicating with professional organisations over the phone, email and face to face.
  • You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
  • You will have 1+ year experience managing the recruitment process for Doctors & Nurses for locum & permanent roles for UK based Healthcare Staffing Agencies.
  • Document chasing frame work /Non frame work.
  • 360* experience working for Nursing/Dr’s recruitment.
  • Experience of various Global job portals.
  • Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
  • Hard working and willing to learn.
