Rohit Minton serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at QX Global Group, where he leads the company’s global people strategy, culture, and leadership development agenda.
With over 20 years of experience across the healthcare, IT services, and BFSI sectors, Rohit has a proven track record in HR transformation, M&A integration, and organization scaling.
Before joining QX, Rohit was Group Vice President, HR at Health Prime, where he led the HR charter for India and reported to the global COO. He successfully scaled the workforce from 1,200 to over 3,000 employees and led end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, including the automation of HR processes and implementation HR Platforms to ensure Green Human Resources function, like Darwinbox, Infeedo Engagement Bot, Learning360, etc. , and development of real-time people analytics dashboards.
A strong advocate of building transparent, performance-driven workplaces, Rohit is passionate about enabling HR as a true strategic partner to business growth. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Spanish, and is currently based in Bengaluru.
