QX Ltd recognised as a leader on The IAOP 2020 Global Outsourcing 100 list

QX Global Services, a leading BPO firm providing finance, accounts, recruitment, payroll and IT software services has been recognised as a leader on The 2020 Global Outsourcing 100® list by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP®).

“We are honoured to again be recognised by IAOP as one of the top global outsourcing companies. It further validates our vision to provide premium solutions to the market demonstrating end-to-end capabilities through technology and innovation. Being included on the list is also a testament to the hard work and effort our leadership team and staff have put in over the years,” said QX Group CEO Frank Robinson.

IAOP is a global association that brings together customers, suppliers, and advisors in a collaborative, knowledge-based environment that promotes professional and organisational development, recognition, certification, and excellence to improve business service models and outcomes.

“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they need to understand now is what makes each one exceptional,” said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. “The Global Outsourcing 100 list has done just that. We’re proud to recognise QX Ltd for being among these companies this year.

The 2020 Global Outsourcing 100 list distinguishes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors. The list is based on applications received, and judged on a meticulous scoring procedure that includes an autonomous review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with comprehensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organisations.

In 2019, customer references helped QX make it to the Best of Global Outsourcing 100 list and was also featured in the categories of Best of Rising Stars and for having multiple appearances on the list.
