To ensure our compliance with industry standards, we undergo annual audits by the British Standards Institution (BSI), a renowned industry expert.
We are delighted to announce that we have achieved a flawless 100% score on our recent surveillance audit by the BSI, fully complying with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. The BSI has been certifying QX for compliance with international standards since 2010.
What is the certification about?
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management that outlines the requirements for an effective and efficient quality management system (QMS). It helps organizations standardize and continuously improve their business processes to ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.
About the BSI audit:
A BSI audit is an annual assessment that we undergo to maintain our ISO certifications. The audit evaluates our compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and typically lasts about a week. During the audit, BSI auditors assess various parameters, such as compliance evidence, process efficiency, and the involvement of our senior management and employees. The audit covers all of our business units, including QX Finance & Accounting, QX Recruitment, and QX Accounting Services, as well as our business support functions in India.
100% Compliance with ISO Standards:
With our effective and efficient quality management system, the BSI auditors found no major or minor inconsistencies during our recent audit, and we met 100% of the compliance requirements. This is the second consecutive year in which we have achieved a 100% compliance score, demonstrating our ability to continuously provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. This compliance certificate covers all of our business services, including Accounting Services, Finance & Accounting, Recruitment Services, and support functions.
