QX to Fuel its Business Growth with new Leaders in the Family

Make room for the best, folks. QX has announced the appointment of Akhilesh Pandey as Chief Commercial Officer and Vimal Joshi as Senior Vice President, Business Operations.

Who is Akhilesh Pandey?

Highly influential and well-liked in the industry, Akhilesh was the Director of Global Sales for IMS People. He was responsible for their sales across multi-regions, consisting of all recruitment and accounting customers.

Akhilesh Pandey, is a customer-centric, goal-oriented executive with diverse leadership experience gained from his knowledge of sales and operations by working with several BPM companies.

Who is Vimal Joshi?

Vimal is an all-round operations guy. He brings to QX over 14 years of experience in multi-sector operations –management, transition management, key account management, business & process re-engineering and people management – which includes 12 years in the RPO space. Vimal joins QX from IMS People, where he served as the Senior Vice President of operations.

Vimal Joshi will be responsible for overseeing the operations strategy and priorities of the QX Group. This entails a close collaboration with the senior leadership, business unit heads, technology teams, and operations leaders to improve governance and service delivery.

A lot of QXites were excited, including our beloved Group Commercial Director, Frank Robinson.

Following the news of their appointment, Pom Chakravarti, QX’s Country Head of UK, commented on the company’s exponential growth in its resources.

Both Vimal and Akhilesh bring valuable experience of the recruitment and accounting industry across sectors and regions, and will enable our clients to expand their business,” said Pom.
