QX Global Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Rohit Minton as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), In this role, Rohit will report to the Group CEO and be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving QX’s global people strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
Rohit is a high-impact HR leader with over 20 years of experience across the healthcare, IT services, and BFSI sectors. He has spent the past 15+ years in senior leadership roles, shaping people strategy and building high-performing, scalable organizations.
Most recently, Rohit served as Group Vice President, HR at Health Prime, where he led the HR charter for India and reported to the global COO. He successfully scaled the workforce from 1,200 to over 3,000 employees and led end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, including the automation of HR processes and implementation HR Platforms to ensure Green Human Resources function, like Darwinbox, Infeedo Engagement Bot, Learning360, etc. , and development of real-time people analytics dashboards. His efforts enhanced employee engagement, reduced attrition, and strengthened organizational agility.
Prior to Health Prime, Rohit held senior HR roles at R1 RCM and UnitedHealth Group, where he managed large-scale HR operations, talent strategies, and post-merger integrations across global teams. His expertise spans HR strategy, transformation, and technology-enabled workforce management.
We also take this opportunity to thank Rachel Thomas for her outstanding leadership as Chief People Officer and wish her success as she transitions to a client-facing role supporting key clients in the UK.
