We’re excited to share that QX has achieved a perfect 100% Score in our recent surveillance audit conducted by the British Standards Institution (BSI). BSI has been certifying QX for compliance with international standards since 2010. This achievement marks the third consecutive year of perfect 100% compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.

What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS) standard. It serves as a powerful business improvement tool, allowing organizations to continually monitor and manage quality across their operations. By adhering to ISO 9001, we:

What is a BSI Audit?

Our annual BSI audit is a rigorous assessment that evaluates our compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. During this week-long process, BSI auditors meticulously examine:

  • Compliance Evidence: Ensuring our adherence to standards.
  • Process Efficiency: Assessing the effectiveness of our procedures.
  • Involvement of Senior Management and Employees: Verifying commitment at all levels.

Major credit of our 100% compliance score goes to the QMS team, headed by our Senior Vice President Amit Simon, our Associate Vice President Mihir Kamdar and core team members Dixita Sawant, Jaladhi Baxi, and Dhara Lotwala.
