Pom Chakravarti is a seasoned business leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the Shared Services and Global Business Services (GBS) industry. As Group CEO of QX Global Group, he sets the company’s strategic direction, drives global growth initiatives, and builds strong leadership teams to deliver on the organisation’s vision.
Since joining QX in 2005, Pom has held senior roles across the UK, India, and Ireland, progressing from service delivery operations to strategic leadership. He has been instrumental in business transformation, geographic expansion, and successful acquisitions, as well as designing scalable operating models that accelerate client growth.
Recognised for his ability to build efficient GBS and Shared Service frameworks, he advises senior executives on operational excellence and represents QX at industry forums in the UK to share insights on outsourcing and transformation. Based in London since 2017, Pom continues to lead QX’s strategic growth agenda while providing advisory support to clients, including partners at accountancy firms, CFOs, and CXO-level leaders in mid-to-large enterprises.
