Job Description
In the role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our US clients to source & recruit the right candidates for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Global clients to understand the type of roles and requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates.
- Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social media and any other relevant channels to attract the best talent.
- Manage the full cycle of the recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies to meet business needs.
- Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to create the candidate pipeline.
- Strategize, recommend and drive improvements to building a talent pipeline.
- Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy.
Essential skills
- Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience in any of the verticals (IT/Non IT/ Engineering/ Automobiles / Manufacturing)
- Must have International recruitment experience (preferably in USA market)
- Proficiency in navigating major social media platforms
- Good understanding of applicant tracker systems
- Fluency in English language (verbal, written & Interpretation)
- Must have strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structure
- Exceptional planning and organising skills, able to manage responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge in Microsoft office Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- knowledge of recruitment tools, Boolean search logic, X-Ray search, LinkedIn search etc.
