We have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our every growing recruitment department at QX Global group.
Job role
- Identifying and developing client & business relationships.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- Manage the process through the interview to offer stage.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client and assignment.
- Managing portfolio of candidates.
- Use various platforms to proactively headhunt candidates.
- Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.
Required Skills & Experience
To be a successful recruitment consultant;
- You will be confident in communicating with professional organisations over the phone, email and face to face.
- You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
- You will have 1+ year experience managing the recruitment process for Doctors & Nurses for locum & permanent roles for UK based Healthcare Staffing Agencies.
- Document chasing frame work /Non frame work.
- 360* experience working for Nursing/Dr’s recruitment.
- Experience of various Global job portals.
- Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
- Hard working and willing to learn.
