Teammates can join upto 5 hours earlier than their actual shift times. This just needs to be informed to the manager. If needed, managers can change the shift timings from 13th January
Payslips as of now will continue to be available on Hive. As Darwinbox modules are going live in Phases and payroll module will come in the final Phase 3 module around end of April and then Darwinbox will be generating the payslip. We are also working to migrate the old payslips.
We would still need to login on Matrix as we were doing it earlier.

IT team has been working around this to ensure that emails are delivered to your QX email id, even if you do not
have access to receiving external emails.
For all separation where the LWD is post 9th Jan, it will be taken to Darwinbox. We will connect with all such employees and their managers separately
Tax Declaration functionality will remain open in HIVE for all the employees until this financial year. We shall notify during transition to Darwinbox, watch out for emailers on Darwinbox Phase 2 and Phase 3 module launch

If you miss Check in and/or Check out, you will have the option to apply for Attendance regularization, which you can apply for one day at a time. For more than 30 days, you will have to apply for regularization separately
It is mandatory to check-in and check-out daily. Only in case of genuine reasons, we request you to apply for regularizations.

As part of phase 2 we will be bringing Performance management module, which will replace QX Me & will be linked with Learning Management system. Real time feedback will also be available and regular check ins with your manager on your performance arranged. This will guide & support your career development.
No, you can continue using Darwinbox as usual.
Yes, managers can assign shift and WO from their end. We shall upload the video on Knowledge Hub soon.
